Tamin Lipsey seeks inspiration from Pacers guards Tyrese Haliburton, T.J. McConnell

Tamin Lipsey participated in a draft prospects workout in Indianapolis on June 5, having developed a relationship with Tyrese Haliburton during his time at Iowa State. Haliburton, currently on a bachelor trip, mentored Lipsey as he transitioned from a fan to a player. Although Lipsey admires Haliburton, he is more closely aligned in style with T.J. McConnell due to their similar sizes. Lipsey expressed that he is focused on creating a positive impact on the court and improving his skills as a point guard. He averaged 5.1 assists and 2.0 steals per game during his college career, earning All-Big 12 defensive team honors three times in a row.
