Tampa Bay Buccaneers waive Jack Pyburn among other NFL roster reductions

These players are currently covered by a temporary restraining order issued by a Louisiana court. If not claimed on waivers, they may attempt to return to college football, though current Power Four conference rules generally prohibit athletes who have signed professional contracts from returning to the collegiate level. The legal status of these eligibility restrictions remains under review.
