Tank Bigsby describes his 2025 trade from the Jaguars to the Eagles

Running back Tank Bigsby recently characterized his 2025 trade from the Jacksonville Jaguars to the Philadelphia Eagles as a positive turning point in his career. Speaking on the 'Behind the Mask' podcast, Bigsby stated that he welcomed the opportunity to leave Jacksonville after finding himself behind other running backs on the depth chart. The Jaguars had drafted Bhayshul Tuten and LeQuint Allen that offseason and intended to prioritize Travis Etienne in the ground game. During his tenure with Jacksonville, the 2023 third-round pick appeared in 34 games and totaled 910 rushing yards with nine touchdowns. Following the move, Bigsby noted the influence of teammate Saquon Barkley on his professional development. In exchange for the running back, the Jaguars received fifth- and sixth-round picks in the 2026 draft.
