Tarik Skubal, now with the Dodgers, is the standout in an underwhelming MLB free-agent market. Reports suggest he is likely to surpass $100 million in his next contract, possibly the only player to reach that mark this winter. While other players like Seiya Suzuki and Randy Arozarena also feature in the rankings, they don't appear to have the same financial upside as Skubal. The upcoming offseason is expected to pose challenges for teams seeking to bolster their rosters, given the less stellar talent pool available.
