Tavion Banks lists Gonzaga among top college choices for next season

Tavion Banks, a 6-7 wing from the Iowa Hawkeyes, has identified Gonzaga, LSU, Mississippi State, and Oklahoma as his top choices for his final college basketball season. After receiving an additional year of eligibility due to a Colorado injunction against the NCAA, Banks averaged 10.2 points and 4.6 rebounds during his time at Iowa. He has ruled out a return to Iowa City. Gonzaga currently has one roster spot available as they await NCAA approval for two potential transfers.
