Team NI athletics squad announced for upcoming Commonwealth Games

Team NI has announced its athletics squad for the Commonwealth Games, featuring six athletes. Kate O'Connor, a world outdoor silver medallist, will compete in the heptathlon alongside Anna McCauley, who finished sixth in 2022. Nick Griggs and Callum Morgan, both making their debuts, will run in the 5000m. James Gormley is set for the mile race, and para-athlete Eve Walsh Dann will compete in the 100 metres and long jump.
