Team NI competes in multiple events on fifth day of Commonwealth Games

Team Northern Ireland is active on the fifth day of the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow. Kate O'Connor and Anna Macauley begin the heptathlon at 10:00 with hurdles and high jump, followed by shot put and 200m later in the evening. Swimming heats include Ellie McCartney in the women's 200m individual medley at 10:43. Several boxers are set to compete in quarter-finals, including Kaci Rock and Garyn McAllister. The women's pairs bronze medal match is also on the schedule against Wales at 10:10. Team NI plays South Africa in netball at 14:00.
