Tennessee basketball to play former guard B.J. Edwards at Oklahoma

Tennessee basketball will face former player B.J. Edwards when they visit Oklahoma on February 9 or 10. Edwards, who played one season with the Vols before transferring, is utilizing an extra year of eligibility and currently plays for Oklahoma. He joined a lawsuit alongside other players seeking to gain another season, which was granted a temporary injunction by a Tennessee state court. This allowed them a new transfer window, which Edwards has used to join Oklahoma's roster. He signed a contract with Sacramento Kings earlier this summer but did not get drafted in 2026.
