Tennessee football sits four players out against Kennesaw State due to injuries

Tennessee football plays Kennesaw State on Sept. 19 without four key players due to injuries. Defensive linemen Daevin Hobbs and Nathan Robinson, as well as running backs Javin Gordon and Justin Baker, did not participate in pregame warm-ups. Hobbs and Robinson left the last game against Georgia Tech early, while Gordon suffered a leg injury and Baker had a hand wrap. The absence of these players is expected to increase the workload for starter DeSean Bishop and sophomore Daune Morris. This will also be the first game without tight end Ethan Davis, who has a season-ending ACL injury.
