Tennessee QB Faizon Brandon cleared for Auburn game after shoulder injury

Tennessee quarterback Faizon Brandon will be available for the Oct. 3 match against Auburn after not appearing on the SEC availability report. Brandon suffered a shoulder injury in a recent game against Texas, where he was sacked multiple times. Coach Josh Heupel stated that Brandon was healthy enough to return in that game, despite taking heavy hits. Backup quarterback George MacIntyre is also prepared to play if needed. The final SEC availability report will be released 90 minutes prior to kickoff at Neyland Stadium.
