Tennessee volleyball wins two matches against Morehead State and Fairfield

Tennessee volleyball concluded its opening week by winning two matches on August 29 during the Tennessee Tournament held at Food City Center. The Lady Vols secured a straight-set victory over Morehead State, winning 25-16, 25-18, 25-12, with Morgan Williams leading the team with 12 kills. In their second match, Tennessee defeated Fairfield, winning 27-25, 25-23, 25-12, where Kennedi Rogers recorded a double-double with 21 kills and 10 digs. Tennessee improves to 3-0 for the season and is scheduled to play Illinois on Tuesday at 7 p.m. EDT.
