The Houston Texans will start their healthy players in the preseason game against the Las Vegas Raiders on Thursday evening. Coach DeMeco Ryans plans to feature the full first-team offensive unit, including new running back David Montgomery and quarterback C.J. Stroud. Last week, the Texans opted to rest most of their starters during their first preseason game against the Los Angeles Chargers.
