Texas A&M fans ranked among most delusional in college football

Texas A&M fans have been described as the most delusional fanbase in college football according to a social media post drawing significant engagement online. The post highlights the intense loyalty and passion of Aggie fans, often leading to high expectations disrupted by disappointment, known as Battered Aggie Syndrome. The enthusiasm among fans is partly fueled by ongoing support for head coach Mike Elko, creating a juxtaposition between passion and perceived delusion. This characterization also invites rivalry banter, especially from Texas Longhorns supporters who frequently engage with A&M-related content.
