Texas volleyball players Torrey Stafford and Cari Spears have been named to the Preseason All-SEC Team for the upcoming season. Stafford, entering her senior year, was recognized as an AVCA First Team All-America for the second consecutive time, achieving significant performance statistics last season. Spears, a sophomore, had a standout freshman year, receiving AVCA Third Team All-America honors and becoming the first Texas freshman to be named AVCA National Player of the Week after her impressive contributions in a pair of victories.
