The Giants consider roster additions following initial NFL roster cuts

The New York Giants have completed their initial 53-man roster as the NFL enters the waiver claim period. Following the league-wide roster trimming process, the team holds the fifth priority spot for potential claims. The waiver window opens Monday at 1 p.m. ET and remains active for 24 hours. The franchise previously signed four players off waivers under general manager Joe Schoen and head coach Brian Daboll. The current search for depth focuses on multiple positions including defensive tackle, edge defender, cornerback, and wide receiver. Candidates identified for potential interest include McKinnley Jackson, Colby Wooden, Sam Williams, Cobee Bryant, and Charlie Jones.
