"AEW Women’s World Champion Thekla has a history of being fired and banned from Japan for attacking Stardom President Taro Okada, and she didn’t waste her chance to go after him again tonight (June 28) at Forbidden Door in San Jose. The big angle happened after Thekla retained her belt against Stardom’s Starlight Kid, in what I would say is one of the best women’s matches there has ever been on AEW pay-per-view. The champ’s Triangle of Madness stablemates hit the ring with scissors, which Thekla used to cut off Kid’s mask. She proceed to spit in it before attacking Okada with the mask in the front row and trying to make him wear it. #AEW Women’s World Champion @toxic_thekla crosses the line with blatant disrespect once again toward @StarLight_Kid11 and @wwr_stardom President Okada! How much more do you love Thekla after watching her give no shits about disrespecting Stardom and President Okada, following a banger in the ring? Let me know in the comments below, Cagesiders.
