Thiago praises Kobbie Mainoo's development at Manchester United
Summary

Thiago Alcantara recently commended Manchester United midfielder Kobbie Mainoo during an interview with Rio Ferdinand. Mainoo, who emerged as a key player under manager Michael Carrick, has yet to make an appearance at the 2026 FIFA World Cup. His performance in the latter half of the last season helped United secure a third-place finish in the Premier League. Despite his success, Thiago noted that there is still room for improvement in Mainoo's game, especially regarding his decision-making on the pitch.
