Three England boxers advance to finals at Commonwealth Games

Sacha Hickey, Patris Mughalzai, and Dimeji Shittu secured spots in the boxing finals at the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow following victories in the morning session of Friday's semi-finals. Hickey won 5-0 against Australia's Eve Bryson and will face Kaci Rock from Northern Ireland. Mughalzai triumphed 4-1 over Zambia's Emmanuel Katema and will compete against Jacob Cassar of Australia for gold. Shittu claimed a 5-0 victory over Australia's Paul Trainor and will meet India's Ankush Ankush in his final bout. England's Lauren Mackie finished with a bronze medal after losing her semi-final to Canada's Scarlett Delgado.
