In that sense Tsyzu says he’s clicking in all areas and that Spence can’t expect anything less than the absolute best version of himself. Here’s some of what he had to say below. Tszyu on his expectations for this fight with Spence “I feel like I’m sort of like rejuvinated to a certain extent. I feel like I’m a bit refreshed. I feel better than ever, I’ll be honest with you, physically, mentally. Spence has to expect the best version. “I feel like I found myself. I know my body know, I know what I’m made of. I know what it takes to get in peak position…I think over the years you learn what you’re good at, what you’re bad at, learn from your flaws and this is the best of Tim Tszyu right now, sitting here.” On Spence taking this as his first fight back in several years “I don’t think he’s got too many big fights ahead of him, so I think he’s trying to make the most of every opportunity now, he’s just trying to go for the big names.” On where he sees himself in his career “I’m very motivated and the fact that he’s underestimating me, I feel like. He thinks like ‘oh, this guy’s going to be a walk in the park. I’m going to smash him, he’s never fought anybody my level’. That’s fair enough, that’s what he’s thinking. But when I get in the ring there I want to shock him. I want to make him think ‘this isn’t a small Danny Garcia I’m up against, this is a pure 154 pounder that can hit, that can put on a pace.‘ I want him to feel that.” On the biggest challenge Spence presents “I think with Spence, what he’s good at is he’s got that dog in him and he’s able to throw a lot of punches, puts on a good work rate. But in terms of work rate, I’ve been in the ring with Sebastian Fundora so I sort of understand what that means and what kind of fight that brings, but it’s a bit easier to hit than someone who’s 6’7”. “I think he’s got a certain arrogance about him, and that could be because he made a shit ton of money and doesn’t need to be doing this and thinks down on myself, but that’s alright. I just want to hurt him. It’s quite simple.”
"Tim Tszyu says everything’s aligning for him as he heads into big fight with Errol Spence later this month.
