Tindall and Mambu lead Purdue volleyball following Wollard's health absence

Purdue volleyball has shifted its offensive strategy following the news that All-American outside hitter Kenna Wollard will miss time due to an unexpected health issue. Addy Tindall and Mimi Mambu have stepped into elevated roles for the Boilermakers, combining for 28 kills in a recent sweep of defending national champion Texas A&M at Mackey Arena. Through the team's first two matches, Tindall has recorded 38 kills, while Mambu has added 31. Coach Dave Shondell initially intended for the two players to rotate based on matchups and tactical needs, but both have exceeded expectations to carry the offensive workload early this season. Purdue's roster underwent significant changes during the offseason, and the program is relying on this emerging duo to maintain its standing following a trip to the Elite Eight last year.
