Titans' J.C. Latham set to return from PUP list

Tennessee Titans right tackle J.C. Latham will come off the Physically Unable to Perform (PUP) list, as announced by head coach Robert Saleh on July 30, 2026. Latham was placed on the PUP list due to a strained pectoral muscle. Prior to that, he had an active rookie season in 2024, playing every offensive snap in all 17 games. Latham's return to practice ahead of training camp comes after safety Amani Hooker was also activated from the PUP list. The Titans are preparing for a full training camp next week as Latham continues adjusting back to his preferred right tackle position.
