Chicago Bears linebacker TJ Edwards, recovering from a significant injury sustained in the playoffs against the Green Bay Packers, is listed as one of the players with the most to prove in 2026. Edwards fractured his fibula and dislocated his ankle, raising questions about his performance as he returns to the field this summer. The Bears have strengthened their linebacker depth with the signing of Devin Bush and re-signing of D'Marco Jackson. Edwards signed an extension last spring, but with his diminishing stats last season and advanced age, he faces tough competition for a starting spot. Whether he can redeem himself and secure his future with the team will be pivotal this season.
