Summary

Todd Monken, former offensive coordinator for the Baltimore Ravens, reflects on his tenure with the team. Despite leading the Ravens to a top offense ranking and helping Lamar Jackson win an MVP, Monken expressed disappointment over failing to achieve playoff success. He emphasized accountability for not maximizing opportunities during key games, particularly during a loss in the AFC Championship Game to the Kansas City Chiefs after the 2023 season.
