Tommy Castellanos plans to enter transfer portal after court ruling

Former Florida State quarterback Tommy Castellanos intends to enter the transfer portal following a recent court decision. After going undrafted in the 2026 NFL Draft, Castellanos received a fifth year of eligibility due to a class-wide injunction from Judge Charlotte Sweeney. However, he requires a temporary injunction from a Kentucky judge to meet transfer rules. The NCAA recently secured a stay on the Colorado ruling affecting his eligibility. Castellanos started all 12 games for FSU last season, completing 58.3% of his passes for 2,760 yards.
