Tony Pike to continue as UC Bearcats and Bengals radio analyst

Tony Pike, former quarterback for the Cincinnati Bearcats, will continue his role on UC football radio broadcasts while joining play-by-play announcer Dan Hoard for Cincinnati Bengals games. The announcement was made on August 12. Pike, who led the Bearcats to the Orange and Sugar bowls, expressed gratitude for the opportunity to work alongside Hoard and fellow analyst Dave Lapham. The transition follows a challenging year for Pike, which included a brief layoff from iHeart Media before his Hall of Fame induction. Upcoming broadcasting conflicts may arise, such as during the UC at Houston game on November 7, where another announcer will step in.
