Top third and fourth round NFL draft picks remain unsigned

As of June 9, 2026, 13 players selected in the top two rounds of the NFL Draft have yet to sign rookie contracts. This includes the first six picks of the third round and the first seven picks of the fourth round. Bills General Manager Brandon Beane indicated that agents often wait to sign until they see contracts for players drafted ahead of them. He expressed optimism that negotiations will conclude before training camp. Currently, all players selected in the fifth, sixth, and seventh rounds have signed their contracts.
