Torquay United looks to rebound after FA Cup exit to Oxford City

Torquay United's next match is against Maidstone United on October 23. Manager Jimmy Ball stated that the team must move on following their recent 1-0 loss to Oxford City, which ended their FA Cup hopes. The defeat was disappointing as it prevented Torquay from facing Leicester City in the next round. Torquay has struggled in league play since their FA Cup campaign started, winning just one league match and currently sitting 13th in National League South. Ball highlighted the need for consistency and the importance of overcoming recent setbacks as the team prepares for the league leaders.
