Tottenham Hotspur have reached agreements with Everton for forward Iliman Ndiaye to join them, while Richarlison prepares to return to his former club. These moves follow Tottenham's earlier pursuit of Cody Gakpo, who opted for Manchester City instead. Both transfers remain subject to personal terms and medicals. Ndiaye has been a key player for Everton, scoring 15 Premier League goals in 67 appearances. Meanwhile, Richarlison's departure from Spurs comes after a challenging season in which he scored 11 goals but struggled with injuries. The transition could reinvigorate Richarlison at Everton, where he gained significant fan support before leaving for Spurs.
