Tottenham Hotspur omits Richarlison from Premier League squad roster

Tottenham Hotspur has finalized its 25-man Premier League squad for the current season, opting to exclude striker Richarlison. The move follows a roster limit constraint that restricts clubs to a maximum of 17 non-homegrown players. Prior to the transfer window closing, the club indicated that Richarlison expressed a desire to leave, though a potential move to his former club, Everton, did not materialize. Richarlison, who led the team in scoring last season, is now linked to a potential transfer to the Turkish club Trabzonspor. Meanwhile, the squad selection includes both Xavi Simons and Wilson Odobert, who remain in rehabilitation for anterior cruciate ligament injuries. Dejan Kulusevski has also been registered after returning to full training, while goalkeeper Jacob Knightbridge fills the final homegrown roster spot.
