Tottenham Hotspur pursue Sandro Tonali from Newcastle United
Summary

Tottenham Hotspur is in discussions to sign midfielder Sandro Tonali from Newcastle United. According to reports, head coach Roberto De Zerbi is leading Spurs' interest in the Italy international, who is considered a top target for the coming summer. Positive talks have reportedly taken place with Tonali's camp, although no formal negotiations with Newcastle have begun. A transfer fee remains a potential hurdle due to Tonali's contract, which has two years left, giving Newcastle leverage in negotiations. Tonali, who has previously played for AC Milan, may prefer a return to Italy.
