Tottenham Hotspur pursues Arthur Dias from Athletico Paranaense

Dias, who has nearly 50 senior appearances and a recent Brazil call-up, has drawn interest from various European clubs. Tottenham has initiated scouting efforts and had early discussions with Athletico, though an initial approach was rejected.
