Tottenham Hotspur is pursuing Sporting CP forward Francisco Trincao, who has impressed with 11 goals and 15 assists last season. The Portuguese international has drawn attention following a successful campaign since returning to Portugal. However, Tottenham faces stiff competition from Manchester City and Al-Ahli, who is reportedly negotiating a lucrative offer. Sporting CP is protected by Trincao's long-term contract with a €60 million release clause, complicating any potential deal. His future may be resolved soon after returning from the World Cup.
