Toulouse overcomes late Hull FC rally to record Super League victory

Toulouse secured a 44-30 victory over Hull FC in the Betfred Super League on September 4. The French side established a commanding 30-0 lead in the first half behind tries from O'Kane, Polselli, Roumanos, Ulberg, and Rouge. Hull FC improved in the second half with two tries each from Martin and Sezer, alongside a score from Moy, to cut the deficit to 12 points. However, a yellow card to Hill and a subsequent try from Rouge effectively stalled the visitors' comeback attempt. Ashall-Bott added a final try for Toulouse to seal the result. Toulouse climbs to eighth in the table, while Hull FC remains near the bottom of the standings. Hull FC will play their final match of the campaign against Leeds Rhinos on September 11.
