Tranmere has signed former Watford forward Tom Ince to a two-year contract. The 34-year-old has a career total of 103 goals in 505 league appearances, having played for clubs like Liverpool, Blackpool, and Derby County. Tranmere's manager, Darrell Clarke, stated that Ince's experience will be valuable for younger players and will enhance the team's creativity in the final third. Ince, who has not played in League Two before, is expected to debut in their EFL Cup match against Rochdale on Saturday. Tranmere's league campaign begins at home against Shrewsbury on August 15.
