Transplant Games competitor highlights cycling's role in recovery from cancer

Richie Sheerin, a competitor at the British Transplant Games, credits cycling as vital for his recovery from a rare bone marrow cancer diagnosed in 2018. Sheerin is part of Team NI, consisting of 26 athletes, including 20 transplant recipients and six kidney donors, competing in Sheffield from August 6-9.
