Trinity Rodman may miss Ben Shelton US Open final due to match conflict
Summary

Ben Shelton prepares for the US Open men’s final on Sunday, September 13, where he will face Alexander Zverev. Shelton is competing for his first major singles title and aims to become the first American man to win a Major since 2003. His girlfriend, Washington Spirit midfielder Trinity Rodman, has attended his previous matches throughout the tournament. However, a scheduling conflict makes her attendance at the final unlikely. The Washington Spirit are scheduled to host Boston Legacy FC at Audi Field in Washington, D.C., at 1 p.m. ET, while the US Open final at Arthur Ashe Stadium is set for 2 p.m. ET. Given the travel time between cities, Rodman faces a significant logistical challenge in reaching New York to support Shelton.
