Troy Parrott seals Real Betis victory as Monaco rallies past PSG

Real Betis ended the perfect LaLiga start for Real Madrid as Troy Parrott scored the decisive goal in an 81st-minute effort. The victory was secured when Alvaro Valles saved a stoppage-time penalty from Kylian Mbappe, preserving the narrow margin. Jose Mourinho, managing his first match back at Real Madrid, noted the competitive nature of his opponents despite his dissatisfaction with the result. In Ligue 1, Paris Saint-Germain suffered their first league defeat of the season after falling to Monaco. Marquinhos provided an early lead for the hosts in the 31st minute, but second-half goals from Flavio Nazinho and Stanis Idumbo allowed Monaco to secure the win. The result leaves Monaco as the only team to win its first three league matches.
