Three-star safety Trumarian Moreland has committed to the Virginia Tech Hokies, opting against the Georgia Bulldogs, Auburn, and Louisville. Moreland, from Palm Beach High School in Florida, is the No. 48 safety nationally and ranks 535th overall for the class of 2027. This commitment adds to Virginia Tech's solid recruiting momentum, where they currently hold the No. 8 class in the nation. Georgia, with a recruiting class ranked 21st, seeks its first defensive back commitment after losing a five-star recruit to Miami.
