Tulane's Jack Tchienchou named to Bronko Nagurski Trophy watch list

Tulane Green Wave safety Jack Tchienchou has been named to the 2026 Bronko Nagurski Trophy Preseason Watch List. The award honors the National Defensive Player of the Year and includes players from 68 schools. Tchienchou, a pivotal figure in the 2025 season, led his team with 83 total tackles and also registered multiple defensive plays, including interceptions and forced fumbles. This recognition highlights his potential as one of the top defensive players nationally as he prepares for the upcoming season under new head coach Will Hall.
