Two Maryland lacrosse alumni named to Pan-American Championship roster

Luke Wierman and AJ Larkin, alumni of Maryland men’s lacrosse, have been selected for the U.S. Men’s National Team roster for the inaugural Pan-American Men’s Lacrosse Championship, set to take place in Jamaica starting August 18. The selection was announced on August 5, as the team prepares to compete in this qualifying event for the 2027 World Lacrosse Championship. Wierman excelled as a faceoff specialist during his college career, while Larkin earned All-American honors last season. The U.S. team aims to continue its successful history, having won 11 of the 14 previous championships.
