Tyler Allgeier could see increased role with Cardinals

Tyler Allgeier, recently signed by the Cardinals, may have opportunities in light of rookie Jeremiyah Love's high-ankle sprain. Currently projected as RB49 in standard leagues and RB50 in PPR formats, Allgeier could step into a larger workload early in the season if Love is limited or unable to play. Last season, Allgeier notched eight rushing touchdowns in Atlanta, exceeding current projections of 450+ rushing yards and 4+ touchdowns. As the preseason progresses, Allgeier's value may rise in fantasy drafts.
