UCF baseball coach Rich Wallace signs contract extension through 2030

UCF Knights baseball coach Rich Wallace has signed a contract extension that will keep him with the program through the 2030 season, as announced on September 18. Under Wallace's leadership, the Knights have achieved a 98-70 record in his first three seasons and made two NCAA Tournament appearances. He emphasized his commitment to UCF and excitement for the program's future., UCF achieved a sixth-place finish nationally with a.319 team batting average this past season and participated in the national polls, reaching as high as No. 12. The Knights are set to compete in the inaugural Orlando Baseball Classic from February 26-28, 2027.
