UConn hosts center prospect Jack Thelen for visit

Jack Thelen, a 7-foot-1 center in the Class of 2027, visited UConn on Thursday. The four-star prospect from Maple Grove, Minnesota, recently decommitted from Wisconsin after accepting their offer in June. Thelen, who averaged 8.5 points and 6.0 rebounds this summer, has not received a formal offer from UConn yet. The Huskies are evaluating their center options as they currently have three transfers on the roster. Another notable recruit, Lewis Uvwo, committed to Providence after visiting multiple schools, highlighting the competitive recruiting environment in the Big East.
