UConn men's basketball claims two five-star recruits for 2027 class
Summary

UConn men's basketball recently secured commitments from two five-star recruits for the 2027 recruiting class. Jordan Page's commitment on October 1 elevated UConn to the second-best class nationally, trailing only Houston. Head coach Dan Hurley emphasized the importance of developing high school talent, aiming to balance between recruitment strategies and fan engagement. UConn's old-school approach contrasts with many programs that focus heavily on the transfer portal, reflecting a shift in recruiting culture under Hurley's tenure.
