UFC 336 set for January 30 in Toronto, featuring welterweight matchups

UFC 336 is scheduled for January 30, 2027, at Scotiabank Arena in Toronto, marking the UFC's first return to the city since January 2024. While no fights have been announced yet, a potential welterweight title fight between Islam Makhachev and Carlos Prates is rumored, with Makhachev possibly defending his title for the second time. Other matchups might include undefeated fighters Michael Morales and Shavkat Rakhmonov, as well as top-10 contender Mike Malott seeking another prominent fight on home soil. The welterweight division is competitive, and this card could have significant implications for title contention.
