UNC baseball begins fall exhibition schedule at Boshamer Stadium

UNC baseball players have returned to Boshamer Stadium to begin team practices for the 2027 season under coach Scott Forbes. The program scheduled four fall scrimmages to prepare for a return to the College World Series following its championship series appearance. Returners including Caden Glauber, Gavin Gallaher, Erik Paulsen, and Cooper Nicholson anchor the roster, joined by transfer newcomer Jamie Laskofski. The fall slate opens with two games against Charlotte on Sept. 18 and Sept. 19. The team then hosts Walters State Community College on Oct. 2 before concluding against N.C. State on Oct. 16 at Durham Bulls Athletic Park. No concessions will be available for the three home games at Boshamer Stadium, though admission is free.
