UNC basketball offers A.J. Williams from the 2028 class

The University of North Carolina Tar Heels have officially extended a scholarship offer to A.J. Williams, the top player in the 2028 basketball recruiting class. The 6-foot-8, 210-pound small forward announced the offer on his Instagram. Williams, who also has offers from various other programs including Alabama and Duke, joins Yann Kamagate as the only players offered by UNC in this class. With the open contact period now in effect, interest in Williams is expected to increase further.
