UNC football players stopped for speeding, one arrested on weapon charge

Two freshmen UNC football players were involved in a traffic stop on Sept. 15 in Chapel Hill. Keeyun Chapman was arrested on a misdemeanor charge for carrying a concealed handgun, while teammate C.J. Sadler was cited for speeding at 60-65 mph in a 35 mph zone. Marijuana was also found in the vehicle. Both players are listed as out for UNC's upcoming game against Clemson. The university is cooperating with local officials regarding the incident.
