University of Cincinnati signs multi-year jersey patch deal with Jeff Wyler Automotive

University of Cincinnati Athletics has finalized a multi-year partnership with the Jeff Wyler Automotive Family to feature a corporate logo on team jerseys. This agreement designates the dealership group as the largest corporate partner for the athletic department. The new branding will appear on jerseys for both the football and men's basketball teams. The debut of the patch is scheduled for September 5 at Nippert Stadium, when the football program hosts Boston College for its season opener. According to athletic director John Cunningham, the deal links the university with a long-standing local business. Wyler Automotive, which began its association with the university in 1975, will see its branding worn by student-athletes beginning with this upcoming season.
