Unrivaled announces multi-city tour for 2027 league season

The three-on-three basketball league Unrivaled will move beyond its Miami base by launching a month-long, multi-city tour during its third season starting in January 2027. League leadership intends to visit four times as many road venues as previously utilized, shifting from the single custom facility in Medley, Florida, that hosted its first two seasons. The league has not yet disclosed specific city stops or match schedules. This expansion follows a valuation increase and an growth from six to eight teams in the second season. Players including Breanna Stewart, Napheesa Collier, and Paige Bueckers are among the 46 athletes already attached to the upcoming season. The tour allows the league to evaluate regional interest in potential future markets and gather data on sponsorship and expansion opportunities while maintaining its core roster structure.
